DILAN PERERA, MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Dilan established the Perera Consulting Group Ltd. after an extensive and progressive corporate business career specializing in Human Resources Management. His background and expertise include:
- Leading Human Resources due diligence and integration of acquisitions in Canada and the United States.
- Leading succession planning systems and implementing innovative strategies to develop high potential employees.
- Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Human Resources functions and aligning them with strategic business priorities.
- Member of Executive Management Teams including roles as Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President, and member of a joint venture Board of Directors.
- Experience in the energy, high technology, pipelines, power generation and engineering sectors.
- Leading the Human Resources Management for the 1988 Olympic Winter Games from start-up through completion.
- Bachelor of Science Degree and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. On-going professional development in business, acquisitions, succession planning and strategy development.
- Director of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Calgary Centre for Newcomers, Director of the Calgary Counselling Centre, past chair of the volunteer recognition committee of the United Way of Calgary, past president of the Human Resources Association of Calgary, past member of the Council of Human Resources Executives of the Conference Board of Canada.

SHERRY ADLER-PERERA - PRINCIPAL
Sherry has a strong business orientation and experience in developing practical bottom line focused results that meet client expectations. Recognizing the importance of Human Resources Management for business success, she thrives on providing sustainable solutions that provide long term continuing returns for her clients.
- Sherry’s Human Resource Management experience spans the energy, banking, real estate and retail sectors. She has held positions with major corporations including Chevron and the Royal Bank.
- She is a Human Resources Generalist with particular expertise in recruitment strategy, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, training and development.
- A continuous learner, Sherry holds a Bachelor of Education degree and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Calgary. She has completed related training both nationally and internationally. She is certified as a “Train the Trainer” and has led leadership development and executive coaching programs.
- Sherry has served on several Boards of Directors including the Human Resources Association of Calgary. She is a community captain for several fundraising organizations and is a volunteer facilitator for the Holocaust Education Symposium.
Sherry has a track record as a change agent; she is pragmatic, focusing on profitability and achieving results. She provides a big picture perspective while providing business solutions for Human Resources Management.
